This is a copy-paste list of a lot of patents related to Directed Energy Weapons and Mind Control technologies. I'm guessing they were copied from Google Patents. If it were a normal topic, this would be considered plagiarism, but seeing as it's originally from the Patent Office, I don't think that applies.
They are not in chronological order, some go back to the 1970s. So the question is, are they in use on the public? That I don't know.
