Yes indeed, absolutely agree with everything you typed there Penny.

I'm at the stage where I'm having a lot of people saying 'be careful at what you say and where'. Yes, I know to be careful but I'm not about to live with that fear. Likewise too the control I have to use everyday to keep myself in check - is exhausting and can be triggered by accident with unfortunate results.

Is there information out there for methods of control? Perhaps (if) I had these abilities in 3D real world, I could safely practise? somewhere remote; and gain familiarity and control.

To the course and paying for information, once again I know how economics works - I have run a small business myself and I too got to the stage where my free stuff was costing more than the return. So, in brief I'd be prepared to reimburse adequately.

On that same token though, I have spent a lot of money on courses / trinkets / frauds and unfortunately become sceptical. I do like your no-nonsense point of view and will look into the people you have mentioned above.
