I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my ramblings Penny. My economic proposal goes right along side my ideas for restructuring the academic study of the Arts, and my plans for redesigning global communications to be disaster resistant. They all would make excellent background for a science fiction novel, but I'm no good at writing believable characters or engaging plot.

My only power is to offer ideas, but like the old saying goes, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it." I once upset some public librarians and almost lost my job by trying to convince a Pennsylvania library system to host a time bank.
